Santiago Peraza is an architect and interior designer whose work explores the intersection of architecture, interiors, and atmosphere. Based between Bogotá and Miami, he leads Studio Peraza with a clear design vision shaped by elegance, restraint, and a deep appreciation for spaces with character.

Educated in Architecture at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and later earning a master’s degree in Design from Parsons School of Design in New York, Santiago brings together a rigorous architectural foundation with a refined interior sensibility. Over the past decade, he has developed residential, hospitality, and commercial projects defined by rich materiality, thoughtful composition, and an enduring sense of character.

Founded in 2018, Studio Peraza is a multidisciplinary practice dedicated to creating spaces that are both refined and emotionally resonant. Through architecture, interior design, and lighting, the studio develops projects that feel curated yet natural—always rooted in the identity of the place and the people who inhabit it.
