Cecconi´s Dumbo

Cecconi’s Dumbo is a restaurant project in New York, developed as part of the Soho House design team. Housed within a former warehouse along the Brooklyn waterfront, the project reinterprets the industrial scale and raw character of the existing structure through a more refined and quietly luxurious lens. Soft drapery, generous light, tactile finishes, and a restrained yet elegant material language shape an atmosphere that feels both relaxed and elevated. The space moves between openness and intimacy with ease, capturing a sense of timeless urban sophistication while remaining deeply connected to the character of its existing shell and its extraordinary setting by the water.
