Park 73 was one of our first architectural projects at Studio Peraza and marked an early turning point in the way we understand mixed-use spaces. The building organizes its 550 m² across five levels, bringing together a gallery, café, offices, and a residential unit within a compact and clearly articulated scheme. Its design is defined by the sobriety of its materials and the precise intersection of its geometries. Exposed concrete shapes clean and forceful planes that meet the transparency of large glazed surfaces, framed by a carefully modulated window system. Vertical lines reinforce the proportion of the volume, while the purity of each junction gives the building a restrained and timeless language. Inside, the reception embodies the spirit of the project: minimal, but with character. Throughout, planes of light and shadow, layered transparencies, and textures in quiet dialogue give form to a space that feels clear, deliberate, and architecturally grounded.
