Designed and built for the 2024 Feria de Diseño in Medellín, this stand for MODERNO, a furniture fabrication brand, was conceived as a precise architectural frame for the exhibition of furniture, craft, and process. Within a 24 m² footprint, the project takes shape through intersecting steel planes, cross-shaped metal columns, and a luminous canopy that organizes the space with clarity and restraint. Its language draws on a refined modernist sensibility, reinterpreted through an industrial vocabulary in which the structure remains exposed and the furniture becomes the true protagonist. The result is a minimal and carefully modulated environment that operates almost as a full-scale display case, where even light, neutral surfaces, and structural precision work together to foreground the identity and craftsmanship of the brand. Recognized with the award for Best Stand at the fair, the project stands as a singular gesture through which structure, product, and execution are brought into focus.
